My husband and I had only been dating for about one year when we decided to take the “unconventional” route to Valentine’s Day. No need to rack our brains for the perfect gift or drain our bank accounts in the process; instead we opted to make our own gifts. The more creative, the more inexpensive, the more selfless… the better! Now that we have children, our goal is to pass this same tradition onto them. Enter… “Love Coupons”!
A Gift for the Entire Family: Love Coupons
With that said, this year I wanted to create the perfect gift for both my husband and my children alike.
I wanted a gift that I could not only personalize, but that I was certain would continue to benefit them long after Valentine’s Day had passed.
So, this year I created a printable “Love Coupon” template.
This template includes 10 “Love Coupons” that can be personalized per individual.
By simply filling in the “Good for ______” location, I created personalized and unique Valentine’s Day gifts for both my husband and my children. Now you can do the same by downloading the FREE “Love Coupon” template (available in 3 colors) below!
Stuck? Here are suggestions!
Fun ideas for a significant others include: “Good for ________”: 1 hour of you time (kid-free), choose whatever you’d like for dinner, you win the argument ;), you pick the movie, a massage, date night decision, yard work pass, one morning to sleep-in, etc.
Fun ideas for children include: “Good for ________”: choose whatever you’d like for dinner, get out of a punishment, stay up past bedtime, choose a movie to watch, pick a treat from the store, get out of one chore, have a sleepover, etc.

I love these! I’m with you on finding cute (but inexpensive) ideas as well. With a little army running around, frugality is a momma’s secret weapon. Thank you for sharing these coupons. I’m definitely pinning this to my Valentine’s Day board. Have a happy day, friend.
